having warehouse mgr gil wallace yell at you is probably the most unprofessional thing i've witnessed when i worked there as a prod specialist. what a joke.
I will advise people to keep looking for a job until you find one that is fair. Don't feel compelled to stay in a company just because it's near where you live. Another 10 miles for better benefits IS worth it ;-). Aloha!
i was with TMC from 03 thru early-05. although i liked my co-workers, management i couldn't deal with. the hardest part was balancing my family life and working here because i live close in Kapolei (no traffic). finally i had enough. i found another job near airport and still there.
The Distribution Manager, Donna Robertson needs to be removed. She does not exhibit proper leadership skills when dealing with others. She berates and embarrasses workers in order to make herself better. Instead of quietly talking about the problem, she yells and screams at them all day.
this company is a joke. how can a family owned company in HAWAII show such lack of aloha spirit to the people that help make that company run? disrespect is rampant. you are just a bottom line dollar number to them, not a human being. Be ready to lose ur dignity when you take their offer.
I've worked for this company (dba Island Heritage) and can honestly attest to the horrible treatment of the employees by management. I started work there in 2004 and by the end of 2005, half of the staff of over a hundred left the company! That speaks volumes about this horrible company!

I've been to hell and back! I cannot believe I put up with this place for as long as I did. I am still trying to regain my sanity, especially after the passive - aggressive owner, who also happens to be the devil, would treat me terribly. I too was blamed for steeling!
The boss, Jeff, is a gross fat man with a skin condition that he picks at continually; he also wets his pants and pretends not to notice. Employs his relatives and gets money from his wife to run the place. Sick.

I worked from the springfield, PA branch as an inventory taker for 3 days. It was miserable, they treated the help like dogs. 3 months after I walked out they sent me a letter in the mail confirming that I did not work for them anymore, LOL.
I worked here as a route sales person for a couple years at one of their distribution centers. my particular center had the potential to be a great place to work. Management would never back its employees up. The health benefits could be better and the company is cheap on vacation time
Since Pratt became the dean, this place has gone from bad to worse. This guy doesn't realize (or maybe doesn't care) how much the faculty, staff, and students dislike him. He treats staff like they are worse than dirt.

The boss, Bill Burnham is a gross little man with a skin condition that he picks at continually; he also wets his pants and pretends not to notice. He is a dry drunk that has fits of rage for any reason. He also tries to have sex with the help. Employs his relatives and gets money from his wife to run the place.

This company is awful. They want to hire minority, female, 26 year old MBAs. Experience means nothing, only the color of your skin. When you are 50 years old. They fire you.
